My name is Kimberly and I love making pies!
I started making pies when I got married because while my husband doesn't eat that much, he loves pie. I, on the other hand, love to eat AND to bake. So, in an attempt to bake things that he would like, I started my pursuing pies.
Not only have I fallen more in love with him (my sous chef and photographer), but I have also fallen for this practically perfect pastry.
